Coke Event at Taste Asia: Fun, Fun, Fun

Last night was spent at the Coke event in Taste Asia, MOA in Pasay City. It was one fun blogger party attended by bloggers and non-bloggers alike. I was with the company of Edwin, Superfriend and Carmela. We arrived at the venue tad early and waited a couple of minutes at one of the tables outside, with waiters serving us drinks and pica-pica left and right.

Two bottles of mineral water and three servings of pica-pica later, people started coming and the program commenced. Dinner was served buffet style. Beer was free-flowing. Bottles of Coke zero and mineral water sat happily on crushed ice in a cart nearby.


People were having a great time. It was evident in their faces. Superfriend and I had a chitchat with Ms. Noemi, PJ (one of the hosts), Mica and Marhgil. I recognized other familiar faces but was too shy to approach them. Maybe I'll just save that for future blogger events.

The program continued shortly after the dinner. The Buhay Coke Video Blog Contest was launched. (Fabulous prizes await the winners!) Games were played. Bloggers who arrived on the venue wearing appropriate costumes (angel and devil, based on the latest Coke ad) were recognized. Kel did some magic tricks (of which I got some videos) much to the delight of the audience.

The party was a success, many thanks and kudos to Ms. Aileen (the organizer) and the Coke people. As promised, each blogger left home with a case of Coke Zero. I love it.

It's nice to know that you are one proud breadwinner! Keep it up! Start reading and practicing The Secret. It has helped me achieve a lot and it will help you too. :-)
