Teachers Get a Special Treat from Jollibee

Jollibee, the Philippines’ No. 1 Fastfood Chain, has prepared a special treat for teachers to pay tribute to these dedicated professionals who are selflessly molding the Filipino youth to become well-rounded and globally competitive individuals and in turn, responsible members of society. It is actually a part of Jollibee’s participation in the Teacher’s Month Campaign this October dubbed as “Teacher Ko, Idol Ko.” From 5 to 10 October 2008, teachers can avail of four teachers’ treats (discounted meals) listed as follows:

Teachers’ Treat 1
Yum Burger and 12 oz. Softdrink (P39, save P13)

Teachers’ Treat 2
Regular Jolly Crispy Fries and 12 oz. Softdrink (P39, save P13)

Teacher’s Treat 3
Yum Burger with Cheese and 12 oz. Softdrink (P39, save P18)

Teachers’ Treat 4
One-piece Chicken Joy and 12 oz. Softdrink (P70, save P11)

The special promo is available for dine-in, take home and drive-thru anytime of the day at all Jollibee stores nationwide.

My good friend Adel, who is a teacher by profession, told me about this good news and asked me to help spread the word through this blog. Here is a copy of the letter signed by Ms. Gold F. Tantoco (Vice President, Jollibee Marketing Division) distributed to them (teachers) via e-mail.

If you know anyone who’s a teacher, don’t let him/her miss out on this one.
