Blue Water Day Spa Offers Spa Movie Theatre, The First in the World
Did you know that the first spa movie theatre in the world can be found in the Philippines? It was built by Blue Water Day Spa-Ortigas Avenue Branch that has opened its doors for business recently. Now, if I’m going to come up with a unique concept on how people can truly enjoy this spa indulgence, I cannot think of anything but an office team building event! This is a great alternative to holding the team building on a private resort or vacation house. Especially if an office has less than 30 people, I’m sure it’s going to be productive and lots of fun. Office workers can relate to me with this. Let me explain further…
First, the accomodation should come in a party package. Blue Water Day Spa should make it for a group of 20-28 people since the Spa Movie Theatre has 28 seats. Spa services available inside the Spa Theatre should be included in the package as well as food. It should be a whole day event, with the various activities neatly lined up to maximize the time and place rented. The High Definition cinema projectors with Dolby Surround 7.1 sounds can be used for movie watching while the office workers are pampered with a luxurious spa by the masseurs. They can also double up as a projector for various projects and productivity targets to be discussed. The games, which are part of every team building activity, should also be done inside the Spa Theatre incorporating the available resources and equipment.This way, fostering camaraderie and unity within the team is made more fun and memorable.
Actually, the possibilities are endless. It’s about time a team building event become a venue not just for learning but also for recreation and bonding among office mates in a fun and relaxing setting.
Employers should realize by now that one way of motivating their people to increase efficiency and productivity is by treating them to an indulgent experience they have never tried before. Office workers are one of the most stressed out individuals that deserve rest and recreation occasionally. This is one way of proving to them that you care not only about their work performance but also their well-being.
