My Canon Service Center (Makati) Experience
By edelweiz on 18th July, 2009
We just came from Canon Service Center (Makati). Our Canon 1000D is now in perfect condition after having been repaired by the technicians there. Good thing our DSLR is still under service warranty so the repair did not cost us a single penny. So, what can I say about my Canon Service Center (Makati) experience?
The repair to Flinch (my DSLR) was done promptly and well. Its lens are now more efficient than ever. We brought Flinch to the service center last Saturday and we got it this morning, exactly one week after. The Canon guys were accommodating during our two visits. We asked a lot of questions about our DSLR and we were dealt with accordingly. I have to give it to them for taking good care of Flinch.

If you plan to take your Canon devices and/or equipment to Canon Service Center (Makati) for repair, make sure to come early as there are lots of customers going there on a regular basis. For Canon products that fall beyond the warranty period, the cost of repair depends to the extent of damage. There is also a P1250 standard service charge.
Thank you to Menard (the customer care rep) and the rest of the people behind Canon Service Center (Makati) for the assistance you extended to us. More power to Canon Philippines and keep up the good work.

just read your post. ano nangyari ky flinch? hala!!! di pa naman 1year nakapunta na ng service center hehehe.. sana di mangyari sa akin yan kasi la na akong warranty.
pero it's good to hear na ok na sya. kudos! sa mga taga canon service center for a great job hehehe
