Hyundai Getz Car Review (Specs, Pros Vs. Cons)

Yesterday was the day I almost bought a car. It would have been a Hyundai Getz. With just a P28,000 payout, I found out you can drive home this exact car in Manila, given the current promo at some Hyundai Shops here. Who wouldn’t be tempted? It’s payable in five years for P11,961 a month. Or so the agent told us. If you have enough cash, you can get it for only P498,000++.

Edwin and I almost jumped at the opportunity to have our own Hyundai Getz. Yes, I initially planned to co-own it with Edwin. We got so excited. But after checking our finances, we realized we have to plan for more important things, just like our wedding. It’s not happening in the next two years but still, we have to save up for it.

Well, maybe the Hyundai Getz that we visualized ourselves driving was not really meant for us at this point. It’s 1.1 engine, roomy interiors and decent overall look will have to wait.

Are you looking for some Hyundai Getz car reviews? I found a lot online. I just used the keyword Hyundai Getz Car Review. You could even land to some nice forums discussing the specifications and proper maintenance of the car. The verdict? It’s a great buy. The pros outweighed the cons. No kidding. Which makes me a bit depressed today. Oh my Hyundai Getz.

Wow! Almost got a car! But you know I almost did the same purchase but when I saw the monthly payment I almost fainted ahahahaha! Low down payment means high monthly.

@earthlingorgeous: yep. you're right. i just realized people should never look at small cashouts as an advantage when buying a car on an installment basis, unless you're really desperate (and will work hard) to get your own car. :)
