Laban ni Maria: An Anti-Cervical Cancer Music and Fashion Event

Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of death among Pinays, next only to breast cancer. This year, I was fortunate to get myself anti-cervical cancer vaccines for free courtesy of our office. On Sept. 23, 2009, MTV Philippines in partnership with GSK, Bravehearts and Eastwood City will be having a free concert and fashion show dubbed as “Laban ni Maria: Rocking Against Cervical Cancer through Music and Fashion” which is geared for the fight against anti-cervical cancer. Help spread the word and help save lives as we raise awareness for cervical cancer prevention. Let’s rock against cervical cancer with Astrojuan, US-2 Evil-0, Brigada, Imago and Pupil! Plus a super cool fashion show with specially designed Laban ni Maria clothes in cooperation with the Francis M. Clothing Company =)
