On Debts and Bank Accounts

Do you maintain a savings account? If yes, with what bank? If no, why? I’m a big believer of saving up for the rainy season. That is why I immediately opened a savings account right after I got my first month salary. I planned to maintain it for good and so I religiously deposit a portion of my income to it. But there would be times when I get indebted, usually for over spending and impulsive shopping, and I’d deplete my bank account for months on end.
There were also times when my bank account would fall below the minimum balance requirement and I’d pay a penalty charge. This is the saddest part of keeping a bank account, the time when instead of the bank paying you interest, you pay the bank to extend your money’s stay in their care. I know a lot of people can relate to my banking experience. They, too, have experienced acquiring debts instead of wealth that strained their bank accounts. They, too, have experienced credit failure which needed credit repair.

I remember a friend of mine who has gotten indebted big time for maxing out her five credit cards. She was advised by her banker friend to avail of credit repair services. This way, her financial condition could be improved and she could prevent further financial troubles. She was referred to a credit expert that works for one of the most reputable credit repair companies in the world. The credit expert was able to bring her financial life back to normalcy. And she’s never been more relieved.
