When I was a kid living in a sleepy town in a Luzon province, I would often find myself playing with the kids in the neighborhood. Playing with them meant spending long hours doing various kiddie stuff, from games to climbing up fruit trees. It also meant having been able to overhear the loud conversations of our mothers. Topics of these conversations went anywhere from showbiz gossip and housekeeping to money and gold. Gold comes in many forms such as gold bars and gold bullions. A bullion or gold bullion can be included in a portfolio of stocks and cash. While paper investments are unstable, gold investments are stable but can be liquidated anytime, anywhere.
