Houses and Lots for Sale in Bacoor, Cavite
I didn’t know Camella Homes (of Sen. Manuel Villar) has villages scattered all over Bacoor until we had a house tripping last Sunday. Prices of houses and lots range from P990,000 to P3M. You can pay them within three to 30 years through in-house or bank financing. For those who can afford the more expensive ones, they have some high-end villages under Crown Asia. As for our house, ehem, Edwin got from one of the middle-class villages.
We like the location of the house Edwin bought. There already is a community surrounding the village. It also has a service road nearby going to Las Piñas City. We are so positive about the house and the idea of actually living in it. The house is sort of a town house and it’s beautiful. It’s two-storey, with two bedrooms upstairs. The first floor is where the living room, kitchen and bathroom are. The model units we saw during the tripping were just awesome. I have to give it to the interior designers for doing a great job. They were able to fit in furniture and decors in the tiny houses which made them look more spacious than they really were.
There are hundreds, if not thousands, houses and lots in Cavite that are for sale. They are more affordable than their counterparts in Metro Manila. Living in the suburbs promises less pollution and greener surroundings. It’s a good choice for couples who are just starting a family or building a future together.
God is really good. Edwin never thought he’d be able to buy a house this year. This blessing came without our urgent asking. And for that, we are so thankful.

Wow, congrats! kame din looking for a house and lot. ang mahal kase ung inoofer na condo samin dito sa ortigas. mahal pa ang cost of living. mukhang ok nga jan. i hope you have some more pics. ^^
