Manny Pacquiao Beats Miguel Cotto, Becomes a Boxing Legend

It’s official, Pacquiao’s victory has made him a boxing legend. With seven titles from different boxing divisions, this is very well-deserved. We are so proud of you, Pacman. It’s about time the international community recognize your contributions in world boxing.
As expected, the fight was action packed. However, Miguel Cotto’s height advantage was rendered futile by Manny Pacquiao’s speed and power punches. Cotto was knocked down twice (Round 3 and Round 4). The pambansang kamao proved once again that he is still the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. On the 12th round, the referee stopped the fight due to Cotto’s pitiful condition. His eyes were swollen and blood was running all over his face.
In fairness with Cotto, he fought hard during the battle on the ring. Unfortunately, his power couldn’t match that of Pacquiao. Our boxer was more conditioned and speedy. He prepared for this match and he showed that to everybody watching. I daresay it was one of the best boxing matches I’ve ever seen.
