Open Message to Firefox (the Browser)
I am irritated. I am pissed. Why has Firefox been conking out on my desktop PC lately? I would open an average of eight sites all at the same time and the browser would stop responding at the mere act of double-click or fast manipulation of the mouse. It’d hang and leave me with no choice but to quit the session and close the browser. The patient and hopeful me would open it again only to experience the same scenario after a couple of minutes. It can get boring. And disappointing, too. What a terrible waste of time.

opened Firefox browser on my desktop screen
What is wrong with you my dear browser? I’ve chosen you and stood by you despite the emergence of (better) browsers online. I have always liked your clean interface and customizable navigation. I really love you and the ease and pleasure you give me when surfing the net. But you’ve changed. And I’m saying that on a sad note.
You see, we’ve been together for years now. You’ve formed a big part of my online life already. I remember switching from Internet Explorer to you when you got introduced to the online world. I looked down on its updated versions as well as the new players like Google Chrome and Safari because I value our outstanding working relationship. I’d just install your updates whenever there are available. And you kept on improving and pleasing me like what a good son does to his mother.
Getting old isn’t synonymous to getting useless. But gradually, it seems you’re going to that direction. While I love your features and flexibility, I might drop you in the cliff of oblivion if you won’t behave. And I mean it big time.
I feel like crying now.

How about reinstalling Firefox? Reducing your extensions too?
I thought it was just me. Thunderbird is an email application btw.
opera is quick, but horrid as the websites aren't set to work with it yet.
@gem: i did reinstall firefox but the slow response remained. about the extensions, yeah i think i should reduce them. hehe. oh, a friend also told me firefox is really having problems these days.
@monica: see! my friend is right, firefox has been having problems lately. i haven't come face to face with thunderbird yet. correct, opera is horrible.
